SEED DEALERS - WHAT DO I DO?
Simply report all LibertyLink^® hybrid grower sales to LG Seeds, as we are responsible for sending in our master LibertyLink submission.

CHEMICAL RETAILERS - WHAT DO I DO?
Report all Liberty herbicide grower sales by September 1, 2008. Retailers should report via Bayer CropScience’s data reporting partner, Data Dimensions, at www.YourDataDimensions.com or by calling 800-901-0012. Data Dimensions offers both a downloadable Excel template or direct,
online invoice entry. Bayer CropScience and Data Dimensions also have an agreement for retailers reporting via Agrimine™ to have their grower data sent on to Bayer CropScience.

GROWERS - WHAT DO I DO?
All a grower needs to do to reap the benefits of the program is purchase LibertyLink seed from LG Seeds, and Liberty herbicide from a qualifying retailer. All reporting requirements will be taken care of for you! A paper claim form and invoice copies must be submitted to Bayer CropScience no later than September 1, 2008. The claim form may be found at www.BayerGrowingStrong.com

TIMING - WHEN DO I DO IT?
Relevant dates are noted above. LG Seeds is contractually obligated to submit seed sales by July 31, 2008.
