3. Account balance due December 1, 2012
4. Early Order, Early Pay Discounts qualify
5. Subject to Rabo AgriFinance approval

LG Seeds Fall Terms

1. $5,000 minimum Purchase of LG SEEDS seed product
2. Enroll before March 31, 2012
3. Account will be charged 7% on unpaid seed balance after August 1, 2012
4. Account balance due December 1, 2012
5. If account balance is not paid on or before December 1, 2012, the account will be charged the normal rate of 1.5% per month, retroactive to August 15, 2012
